1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Meridiana Studios' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Meridiana Studios provides web development, design, and digital marketing services for startups, student organizations, and new business initiatives.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Meridiana Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meridiana Studios' liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
